STEP ONE
Let’s Connect
– FREE
An introduction call to see if we’re a good fit for working on a project together.
Short & Sweet. In 15 minutes we’ll cover what you are looking for and if I am a good match to deliver it.
If the answer is yes, we’ll book a follow-up Discovery Call to map out a plan for success.
There is no obligation beyond attending this meeting. If we don’t vibe, or you don’t want to move on to step two, all is good.

Discovery Call
– PAID
The next step in the process of us working together.
A respectable amount of time. In 60 minutes we’ll go through the nuts & bolts of discovering what exactly needs to be done to accomplish your goals.
The call is pre-paid at the time of booking and will result in a written proposal for moving ahead within 2-3 business days.

Proposal
Goals
A list of all stated (& recommended) goals will be included with your proposal.
Timeline
A suggested timeline for each goal to be accomplished will be included.
Requirements
Both the client (you) and developer (me) will be responsible for various parts of the process.
Costs
A comprehensive list of costs for the project (including but not limited to hourly charges, software licensing, and domains/hosting) will be included.
Client Portal
The single source of truth for the project. Everything will be found here: Proposals, Invoices, Proofs, Timelines, Requests, etc.
STEP FOUR
Contract
This is the penultimate step of the project process. Work begins once signature(s) are collected and the deposit received.

Making It Happen
This is where the real fun begins. Seeing progress on a project (and even after launching it) is one of my favorite feelings in the world. This is my favorite step of the whole process. A well designed and maintained online project is a sight to behold. It’s also worth talking about.
